IV. Actions by SaveThem India Foundation
Upon detecting suspicious transactions or breaches of this policy, STIF may take necessary
actions, including investigation, reporting to authorities, or suspension of accounts or
campaigns.V. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Users acknowledge the potential consequences of violating this AML Policy, including liability
for damages resulting from non-compliance.
VI. Limitation of Liability
STIF assumes no responsibility for illegal transactions on its platform. Additionally, STIF is not
liable for any repercussions arising from actions taken in accordance with this policy and
applicable law.
VII. Cooperation and Compliance
Users agree to cooperate fully with STIF and relevant authorities in any inquiry or
investigation related to AML compliance.
VIII. Record-Keeping and Disclosure
STIF maintains records of user identities and transactions as required by law and may
disclose such information to authorities as necessary.
IX. Good Faith and Accuracy
Users are expected to act in good faith and provide accurate information to STIF. Any
concerns or suspicions should be reported promptly.
X. Policy Amendments
STIF reserves the right to amend this AML Policy as needed, with users encouraged to review
it periodically for updates.
XI. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Disputes related to this policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts and
governed by Indian law.
XII. Survival Clause
This AML Policy remains in effect even after the termination of the user's relationship with
STIF.
